Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all serviceware including chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and polished.
• Keep stock levels well managed by organizing and replenishing supplies and equipment to maintain seamless operation.
• Uphold kitchen hygiene by performing duties such as mopping floors and waste removal.
• Assist with event preparations by readying spotless serviceware for banquets and special functions.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety standards, properly handling hazardous materials and following hygiene protocols.
• Communicate any safety hazards or maintenance concerns promptly to the on-duty supervisor.
• Provide guidance and training to new team members to foster a competent and collaborative team environment.
