The Shift Incharge position involves overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless workflow from opening through closing hours. The role includes managing and leading the team, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and handling inventory and cash procedures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities and guarantee smooth operational flow during assigned shifts.
• Lead, direct, and motivate team members while assigning responsibilities and confirming adherence to company protocols.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving any complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee food preparation processes to maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and quality guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels to manage stock effectively and assist with orders and deliveries.
• Manage cash handling procedures ensuring accuracy and reconciliation of cash registers at shift end.
• Conduct training for new hires and continuously support and coach existing team members.
• Prepare comprehensive shift reports and communicate significant updates or incidents to management.
