You will ensure safe, timely, and professional transportation for hotel guests, executives, and especially the General Manager, including airport transfers and special requests.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver safe transportation services to guests and executives, assisting with luggage and ensuring pleasant interactions.
• Provide discreet, personalized services for VIPs and the General Manager, managing their schedules and accommodating special needs.
• Keep vehicles clean and ensure all servicing and repairs are completed promptly.
• Plan optimal routes and manage time efficiently to abide by schedules and adapt to sudden changes.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and hotel policies, ensuring all vehicles have required safety equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of trips and report any vehicle issues or incidents without delay.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a professional driver, preferably in hospitality or executive transport sectors.
• Valid driving license with a spotless driving history.
• Thorough knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a professional and discreet demeanor suitable for guest interactions.
• Capability to efficiently handle time and last-minute schedule changes.
• Basic understanding of vehicle upkeep and minor troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
