Driver / General Manager Driver

Job Overview

As a Driver responsible for chauffeuring hotel guests, executives, and the General Manager, you will ensure safe, punctual, and professional transport services including airport transfers and special requests. The role involves not only driving but also delivering warm hospitality to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Duties

• Transport guests, executives, and the General Manager safely to designated locations.
• Assist passengers with luggage and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor throughout the journey.
• Provide personalized and discreet transportation services especially to VIPs and the General Manager, including schedule support and custom requests.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in proper working condition, ensuring timely servicing and repairs.
• Plan efficient routes and manage timing effectively to adhere to schedules and accommodate last-minute changes.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies, with necessary safety equipment on board.
• Document trip details accurately and report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in the hospitality or VIP transport sector.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and guest service orientation with a professional, discreet manner.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle unexpected scheduling changes smoothly.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
