Mandarin Oriental, Boston seeks a dedicated full-time Steward to join its Food and Beverage team. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough cleaning of all hotel china, silverware, glassware, service ware, and cookware.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all food service items and related equipment.
• Keep the Food and Beverage equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Separate food and beverage waste correctly for disposal, recycling, and composting.
• Transport food items, dishes, utensils, and serving pieces throughout the hotel as directed.
• Apply knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar stewarding role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Physically capable of standing and walking throughout the entire work shift.
• Able to regularly lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
