Role Overview

The Spa Therapist, stationed within the Spa Department of the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, is accountable for delivering all spa treatments proficiently and courteously as per training protocols. This role demands adherence to corporate policies and standards while fostering a team environment anchored in integrity, respect, and responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all hotel and corporate policies, procedures, and the MOHG Code of Conduct, ensuring legal compliance in business actions and decisions.
• Support and participate actively in all learning and development initiatives.
• Follow all Safe, Sound, and Sustainable policies at Mandarin Oriental to maintain a secure work environment.
• Maintain personal accountability for all content shared on social media, including personal platforms, ensuring compliance with MOHG social media policies.
• Keep spa work areas tidy, hygienic, and organized at all times.
• Maintain the delivery of exceptional service standards across the entire spa facility.
• Assist in various spa and wellness department operations including treatment rooms, reception, retail, pantry, and consultation lounge.
