Role Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, professional, and friendly service in dishwashing and ware-washing areas using manual and machine methods.
• Organize and store all types of kitchenware including china, glass, silverware, pots, and pans in their assigned locations.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and polish of silver and banquet equipment.
• Ensure daily deep cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas, dining outlets, and banquet facilities to uphold hygiene standards.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing procedures as required.
• Be flexible to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and overtime as workload demands.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and sustain a brisk pace in a high-output environment.
• Manage timely removal and proper segregation of garbage and recyclables, adhering to hotel policies.
• Facilitate clear interdepartmental communication to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Comply fully with safety regulations and actively participate in maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
• Adhere strictly to environmental policies and contribute to related programs.
• Support the Executive Chef and culinary staff when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as required to support hotel operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Reliable and responsible attitude toward assigned duties.
• Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Capable of working collaboratively in teams as well as independently.
• Focus on guest needs while staying calm and courteous at all times.
• Availability to work a diverse range of shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, split shifts, and overtime.
• Physical capability for continuous standing and walking throughout shifts; lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds; occasional bending, pushing, pulling, and using stairs or ladders.
