Role Overview

Welcome Break is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the Starbucks team at Charnock Richard Services, Lancashire (PR7 5LR). This is a full-time, onsite position with an immediate start available. You will be at the heart of managing a busy Starbucks location, supporting your team daily, and ensuring a premium experience for all customers.

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts, setting a positive example through your own performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Step into leadership if you have experience in retail or catering, or continue to build upon existing supervisory or team leader experience.
