About the Role

Welcome Break is seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join their Starbucks team at the Cardiff location. This role offers immediate start opportunities with flexible full-time or part-time shift patterns. As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to serve handcrafted coffee beverages, provide a welcoming customer experience, and ensure the store operates efficiently during every shift.
