Position Overview
Join Welcome Break at their Beaconsfield Services location as a Barista, an integral part of the Starbucks team. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers by preparing handcrafted beverages, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting store operations efficiently during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Work well under pressure, staying calm and positive during busy periods.
- Continuously develop barista skills through provided training.

- Enthusiastic about customer service and making customers feel welcome.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.
- Committed to upholding high standards of product quality and store cleanliness.
- Eager to learn new skills; no prior experience required as full training is offered.
