Position Overview

Join Welcome Break at their Beaconsfield Services location as a Barista, an integral part of the Starbucks team. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers by preparing handcrafted beverages, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting store operations efficiently during shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Work well under pressure, staying calm and positive during busy periods.
• Continuously develop barista skills through provided training.
