Role Overview

As a Barista with the Starbucks team at Welcome Break's Michaelwood site in Dursley, you will prepare handcrafted beverages, greet customers warmly, and contribute to the smooth operation of the store. Whether making morning coffees for travelers or supporting colleagues during busy periods, your contribution is key to providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and welcoming customer service.
• Maintain composure and organization during busy shifts.
• Ensure high standards for beverage quality and store cleanliness.
• Learn new skills with full training provided; no previous experience required.
