Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers, colleagues, and management at all times.
• Understand and comply fully with Aramark and Starbucks policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service by warmly greeting customers and responding to their inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Precisely take customer orders and handle transaction processing efficiently.
• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items following established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and freshness of all products served.
• Keep all workstations, customer areas, equipment, and storage spaces clean and well-organized.
• Observe all regulations concerning food safety, sanitation, and hygiene in handling food and beverages.
• Assist with product stocking, rotation, and inventory replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate and support team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Fulfill assigned opening, closing, and cleaning tasks daily.
• Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for all customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask with ease.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Skill in accurately preparing Starbucks beverages and food items according to standards.
• Preferably, experience in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Food Safe certification is advantageous.
• Friendly disposition with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards consistently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Additional Information

This position may require physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing. Usage of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) may be necessary.
