Stakeholder Manager - Saudi National

Job Overview

We are seeking a Stakeholder Manager to support a significant project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading stakeholder engagement efforts and maintaining effective communication channels with various parties involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies for stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Identify and map key stakeholders such as clients, government agencies, sports organizations, utility providers, operators, and the local community.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs throughout the planning, design, and delivery phases.
• Oversee the resolution of stakeholder issues, mitigate risks, manage conflicts, and handle escalations.
• Organize workshops, meetings, and stakeholder consultation sessions.
• Maintain and update action trackers, while delivering consistent updates to senior management.
• Assist with community engagement initiatives and manage public-facing communications when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic experience in Project Management Office (PMO) functions and/or Project Controls.
• Prior participation in high-value projects or programs, ideally within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) setting.
• Preferred possession of APM Foundation & Practitioner certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated dedication to continuous professional growth and pursuit of Chartered professional status.
