Role Overview
In the position of Staff or Principal Product Manager, you will spearhead the strategic vision and implementation of Parloa's product suite, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and innovation. This critical role demands visionary leadership combined with operational excellence to create a flexible platform that expedites market delivery and maximizes business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and oversee a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Design and maintain a modular, scalable platform incorporating best practices for APIs, SDKs, and integration strategies.
- Implement streamlined processes for managing feature requests, prioritization, and delivery consistent with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to prioritize features by strategic relevance, feasibility, and impact.
- Deploy advanced analytics and observability tools to monitor platform metrics, guide feature prioritization, and refine product strategies.
- Ensure development aligns with customer needs and market dynamics to maintain relevance and foster impact.
Candidate Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, solution architecture, technical consulting, or senior technical roles such as CTO or CPO.
- Strong technical knowledge of platform architecture, APIs, SDKs, modular design, and integration methodologies.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to translate user needs into scalable platform solutions.
- Experienced in utilizing data analytics tools like SQL to drive decision-making and assess effectiveness.
- Effective leader capable of guiding cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strategic thinker with a history of developing and communicating long-term product strategies.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Embodies values such as customer centricity, ambition, speed, excellence, unity, and positivity.
