Key Responsibilities

• Architect and continually improve substantial segments of real-time and AI-native infrastructure.
• Lead and align technical strategies across multiple product teams to ensure coherence and innovation.
• Establish and maintain high engineering standards as part of the technical leadership collective.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, enhancing overall technical craftsmanship and output.
• Address intricate product challenges by balancing user requirements with business priorities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Exceptional technical execution skills with a systemic approach rather than isolated coding tasks.
• Experience designing distributed, cloud-native architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects via delegation, pragmatic architectural decision making, and problem decomposition.
• Proven history of mentoring and coaching engineering peers effectively.
• Strong instincts for product and customer needs, using data to support decisions.
• Adaptability and eagerness to grow in response to AI's impact on engineering, with comfort in exploring novel domains.
