Staff Nurse

Position Overview

We are hiring a Staff Nurse for a hospital located in Solapur, Maharashtra, offering a monthly salary between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000. The exact salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skill set, and interview performance. Applicants must hold a B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification with a valid nursing registration. Prior nursing experience of at least one year is required, and experience across any nursing department is acceptable. Having ICU experience is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care of high quality in accordance with hospital standards and protocols.
• Monitor patients by regularly checking and documenting vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by medical practitioners.
• Assist physicians during medical procedures and emergencies efficiently.
• Keep precise and comprehensive patient records and nursing documentation.
• Adhere strictly to infection control measures and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Observe patient conditions vigilantly and report any changes without delay.
• Collaborate professionally with doctors and other healthcare team members.
• Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and handling of medical equipment.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their family members or attendants.
