OT Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a proficient and committed OT Technician to become an integral member of our medical team located in Noida. This role involves providing support to surgeons and healthcare staff during operations and ensuring the operating theatre is organized and sanitized in compliance with safety and infection prevention measures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operation theatre environment before and after surgical procedures.
• Sterilize, organize, and manage surgical instruments and equipment.
• Support surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff throughout surgical interventions.
• Ensure the proper handling and upkeep of all OT machinery and devices.
• Follow strict infection control practices to uphold patient safety standards.
• Document accurate records of all instruments and consumables used in the OT.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless OT functions.

Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or B.Sc. degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT).
• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.
• Familiarity with OT protocols, sterilization techniques, and infection control measures.
• Strong communication abilities and capability to work collaboratively within a team.
