We are looking for a Staff Data Scientist with deep expertise in generative AI stacks, notably audio and video generation models. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of independently handling intricate projects and translating data insights into actionable business solutions. Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, prototype, and optimize deep learning models for text-to-video and image-to-video generation using the latest generative AI methods like diffusion models, transformers, and temporal GANs.
Create and maintain comprehensive pipelines for dataset gathering, preprocessing, model training, and evaluation, incorporating automated metrics analyzing visual, temporal, and semantic quality.
Lead data science initiatives from inception to deployment, aligning with strategic goals and ensuring measurable business impact. Continuously improve model development, testing, and release processes to guarantee dependable and efficient deployment.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering teams, and senior leadership to define use cases, prioritize projects, and deliver production-grade AI solutions.
Conduct controlled experiments such as A/B testing, iterate based on results, and ensure the product aligns with experience targets and creative quality expectations.
Keep updated with fast-evolving generative AI technologies, contribute strategic guidance, share knowledge internally, and represent the team in relevant technical forums.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Demonstrated expertise in deep learning architectures for generative purposes, including diffusion models, transformers, and GANs.
In-depth knowledge of large language models, with practical experience in fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluating foundational models aimed at multimodal generation tasks.
A solid foundation in computer vision, natural language processing, and multimodal learning is desirable.
Proficient in machine learning evaluation techniques, specifically perceptual quality metrics and methodologies incorporating user feedback.
Skilled in programming languages including Python, R, and SQL.
Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop and Spark, alongside cloud services like AWS and Google Cloud.
Effective communication skills capable of articulating complex technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should hold a Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline, accompanied by more than seven years of practical experience in data science, with recent focus on generative AI technologies especially related to audio and video content creation.
