Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance simulation components incorporating optimization algorithms.
• Enhance developer experience and productivity through Continuous Integration (CI) improvements.
• Unify backend data structures to support concurrent editing functionalities.
• Lead and define testing strategies for backend components to ensure quality and reliability.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Python development.
• Solid practical experience with Go or Rust programming languages.
• Hands-on involvement in full lifecycle project delivery, from development through operations.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.

Additional Information

• Location: Hamburg, Germany with a hybrid working model (remote on Mondays and Fridays).
• Permanent employment with full-time hours.
• Salary range from €80,000 to €110,000 annually.
