Specialist Payroll (m/w/d)

Role Overview

Manage payroll services internally within the group, ensuring accurate payroll processing in compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations using SAP software.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated payroll service support to corporate customers within the group.
• Execute payroll accounting adhering strictly to current labor laws, tax legislation, and social security regulations through SAP.
• Handle mandatory electronic certification and reporting procedures in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain and verify data integrity within SAP and SuccessFactors systems.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in payroll processing; certification as a certified payroll accountant (m/f/d) is desirable.
• Proficient use of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and MS Office applications.
• High level of trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Self-driven, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English.
