About the Role
Join our team as an Expert in Compensation & Benefits, where you will lead the development and management of global C&B strategies, oversee annual salary and bonus processes, and serve as a critical liaison to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a consistent compensation framework, including job grading per HAY method and salary band structures.
- Adapt corporate-wide C&B policies into division-specific implementations.
- Conduct market and salary benchmarking to inform leadership and provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain pay governance, transparency, and internal equity across the organization.
- Design and administer variable remuneration schemes such as bonus and incentive programs.
- Advise managerial staff and HR business partners on all C&B-related topics.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR Controlling, Payroll, and external consultants as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR controlling, preferably within an international company.
- Advanced Excel skills complemented by practical knowledge of HR systems like SAP or SuccessFactors; deep understanding of job evaluation frameworks such as HAY.
- Strong analytical abilities, numerical proficiency, and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and proven consulting capability.
