Specialist Internal Communications

Role Overview

The Specialist Internal Communications will be responsible for developing and executing a detailed internal communications strategy and yearly plan aligned with the company’s goals, values, and culture in the cooling and building technology sector, based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive communication tactics that address the organization's internal needs and ensure active participation across departments and subsidiaries.
• Compose and refine various internal communication materials such as newsletters, emails, intranet posts, speeches, and campaign content.
• Work cooperatively with internal and external parties to synchronize communication strategies with the broader organizational objectives.
• Generate reports assessing the impact and engagement of communication initiatives.
• Lead internal campaigns designed to boost employee culture and engagement, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree qualification.
• Between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.

Additional Details

The position requires residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and working full time on-site.
