Surveys Manager

About the Role

The Surveys Manager role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires over 5 years of relevant experience. This position entails developing and managing organizational surveys that align with the company's core values, strategic direction, and priorities, accomplished through close collaboration with the Organizational Strategy team and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and structure surveys to reflect the company's mission and objectives in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Manage the deployment and execution of survey initiatives, monitor participation rates, and actively engage teams to ensure sufficient involvement.
• Perform analysis of survey data to prepare comprehensive reports that integrate both quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback.
• Condense analysis into succinct presentations suited for leadership, emphasizing critical themes, strengths, weaknesses, and recommended improvements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in survey development, data examination, and results reporting.
• Proven capability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative information into practical recommendations.
