Role Overview

The Spa Therapist role at Raffles & Fairmont Doha is about providing extraordinary wellness treatments that embody the brands' elegance and personalized service. You will contribute to creating memorable guest journeys by delivering skillful spa treatments and maintaining a luxurious, hygienic spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and various wellness therapies following established professional standards.
• Consult with guests to assess individual preferences, needs, and any contraindications before treatments.
• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout each spa session.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas.
• Prepare rooms adequately before each appointment with necessary supplies and linens.
• Promote spa services, wellness programs, and retail products through tailored recommendations and sales techniques.
• Stay informed about spa products, services, and current trends in wellness.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and operational protocols rigorously.
• Manage inventory levels and report any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
• Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Collaborate effectively with spa colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related discipline.
• Experience in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environments preferred.
