Position Overview
As a Spa Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role by supporting various essential spa operations to create unforgettable and unique experiences for guests. Your duties will involve promoting spa treatments and retail products, managing reservations and appointments, assisting with check-ins, and handling payments to ensure smooth and engaging transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance guest experiences by delivering attentive spa services and assistance.
- Promote spa offerings and retail items to guests effectively.
- Schedule and confirm guest appointments ensuring efficient timeline management.
- Assist guests during check-in and process financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment adhering to company policies and quality standards.
- Be physically active throughout shifts by standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and navigating various floor surfaces.
- Operate reservation software and accurately verify guest information visually.
- Handle light to moderate lifting, reaching, bending, and other physical activities as part of daily tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior related work or supervisory experience is required.
- No licensing or certification required to fulfill this role.
