Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth.

• Uphold high standards of quality, appearance, and communication consistent with JW Marriott’s brand values.
• Engage actively in physical tasks such as moving and carrying luggage up to 10 pounds as part of guest assistance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No previous related work or supervisory experience required, making this role suitable for entry-level candidates.
• No licenses or certifications are necessary to apply.
