Park Hyatt Doha invites enthusiastic individuals to join their Spa & Wellness department as Spa Receptionist Interns. This role provides immersive experience in luxury hospitality, focusing on guest interactions, managing appointments, and supporting daily spa operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- A warm, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and maintain strong organizational skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous exposure to customer service or front office roles preferred.
