Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage culinary team activities by providing hands-on guidance and immediate coaching, focusing on either Outlets or Banquets.
• Supervise daily kitchen tasks including production scheduling, quality checks, and efficient execution during service periods.
• Innovate menu selections by crafting and implementing seasonal dishes, promotional items, and daily specials.
• Encourage collaboration between kitchen (Back of House) and service staff (Front of House) to maintain smooth operations.
• Support administrative duties such as inventory control, procurement, and employee scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling regulations to protect team members and guests.
