Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the entire hotel property’s functionality and safety, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Promptly respond to guest service requests and internal work orders from team members.
• Carry out various maintenance duties such as repairs in areas of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and masonry.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections to detect and resolve issues before they impact operations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and necessary follow-up repairs.
