Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning as necessary.
• Regularly replenish linens, towels, and essential guest amenities to maintain room readiness.
• Manage and maintain housekeeping supply carts, ensuring they are stocked and transported daily.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest requests, enhancing their satisfaction.
• Handle waste disposal by removing trash and recyclables to designated areas responsibly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum one year of experience working in housekeeping, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation consistently.
• Physical capability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Professional and courteous communication skills when interacting with guests and teamwork aptitude.
• Ability to work flexibly, including shifts on weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products, and adherence to safety protocols.
