Role Overview
Based in Singapore, the Solutions Engineer role combines technical expertise with effective communication, guiding customers to realize Cribl's full potential in practical scenarios. The position offers remote work flexibility and the challenge of addressing unique data problems, ensuring each day delivers meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in comprehending Cribl's benefits throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations and address client inquiries during initial sales engagements.
- Provide support to customers during proof of concept phases.
- Create documentation and blog posts illustrating compelling use cases.
- Engage in travel commitments of up to 30% of the time.
- Perform occasional duties beyond normal hours to support operations across various time zones in line with the company’s remote-first culture.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Practical experience working with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security domains.
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or customer support roles.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to actively use the product and provide constructive feedback.
- Experience in remote work environments.
- Residency in Singapore is mandatory for this position.
