Position Overview

This remote position is primarily based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia. As a Partner Solutions Engineer for ANZ and ASEAN markets, you'll combine technical knowledge and storytelling to help partners harness Cribl’s solutions in real-world contexts. Your role involves coaching partners, driving partner-led sales, and acting as a strategic technical advisor, enhancing the partner ecosystem’s skills and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong collaborative relationships between internal sales teams and partners' technical experts to ensure shared success.
  • Serve as the principal technical resource for an expanding portfolio of partners, offering architecture guidance and best practices to address complex data challenges.
  • Mentor partners' solutions engineers during active sales cycles to boost confidence, accelerate deal closure, and increase partner-driven revenue.
  • Implement measurable metrics for partners’ technical competencies to support ongoing growth and certifications.
  • Promote Cribl’s value propositions and assist partners in crafting compelling business cases showcasing Cribl’s distinctive strengths.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by developing a strong, capable local partner network providing expert support.
  • Lead partner technical enablement programs in APAC, organizing workshops, bootcamps, and coaching.
  • Create and share impactful use case documentation through blogs and improve product literature.
  • Travel up to half of the time within ANZ and ASEAN regions to engage partners and support opportunities.
  • Occasionally work outside regular hours to accommodate remote collaboration across multiple time zones.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 5 years in a technical, client-facing capacity such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
  • Experience in partner or channel-oriented technical roles is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in training, mentoring, and enabling technical teams; experience in developing technical education materials is advantageous.
  • Expertise in domains like Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security technologies including SIEM, SOAR, and Observability platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills capable of simplifying complex technical content for diverse audiences.
  • Proactive approach with relationship-building and influencing skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in remote team settings.
  • Residency in Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne, Australia.
