Solutions Architect

Overview

This role seeks an experienced Solution Architect based in Dubai with over a decade of professional involvement, specializing in enterprise-scale data platform programs. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Design and architect comprehensive data solutions encompassing conceptual, logical, and physical data models, including dimensional and canonical/common data models suitable for multi-source environments.
• Lead the development of lakehouse and data platform architectures using cloud technologies such as Databricks, Dremio, Snowflake, or their equivalents across Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.
• Implement enterprise integration patterns with robust API design and microservices architectural practices.
• Apply knowledge of the Digital Data Architecture (DDA) framework, including data classification and interoperability standards; experience with healthcare data standards like HL7 FHIR is advantageous.
• Maintain strong documentation standards and effectively communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders, including technical teams and client governance bodies.

Qualifications and Additional Information

• 12 to 15+ years of total experience, including at least 5 years in roles as Solution Architect or Data Architect within large-scale data platform initiatives.
• Preferred certifications include TOGAF, recognized cloud Solution Architect certifications on Azure, AWS, or GCP, and CDMP data management certification, though these are not mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required with Arabic language skills considered a plus.
• Availability to work in the UAE market is preferred.
• Immediate notice period required.
