About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a respected customer advocate, you will guide Telco, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports clients in understanding advanced cloud solutions best practices. You will advise on migration strategies and the deployment of innovative cloud-based workloads. Your role will influence positive business outcomes by educating, training, designing, and constructing cloud architectures.
In your capacity as your customer's AWS CTO, you'll develop and implement strategies to deepen AWS adoption. You will coordinate internal AWS resources and collaborate with an extensive partner network to deliver comprehensive solutions.
A typical day involves managing customer support and account collaboration with an in-depth knowledge of AWS services. You will engage AWS subject matter experts to support complex inquiries, lead joint efforts with account teams and partners to deliver solutions that accelerate customer goals. Additionally, you will contribute towards product and service improvement through customer feedback and maintain your expertise through AWS accreditations and training.
About the Team
The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team aims to drive growth and adoption ranging from the smallest to enterprise-level accounts across various sectors including the public domain.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of four years in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data analytics.
- At least two years of experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- Three or more years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience within software or Internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in software development or Internet-related fields.
- Experience in migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to cloud environments.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies from a development or operations perspective.
