Solutions Architect - Cybersecurity

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Presales Solutions Architect specialized in cybersecurity to oversee the entire bid management process for opportunities across India. This role involves handling RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders while collaborating closely with sales, presales, technical, legal, and finance teams to deliver winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle from qualifying opportunities to submission and award stages.
• Analyze incoming RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders for suitability and requirements.
• Coordinate responses encompassing technical, commercial, and compliance aspects.
• Support proposal development for cybersecurity domains including Managed Security Services (MSS), Security Operation Centers (SOC), SIEM, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Risk & Compliance, and Consulting services.
• Maintain and update proposal assets such as repository, templates, and case studies.
• Drive governance processes including reviews and approvals for bids.
• Monitor bid performance metrics including win/loss ratios to improve future submissions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience delivering and implementing impactful solutions.
• Previous exposure to managing cybersecurity bids and proposal processes.
• Experience working with markets in Middle East & Africa (MEA) and ASEAN regions.

• Handling and interpreting RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents.
• In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity services and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship management capabilities.
• Experience in commercial and pricing coordination for bids.
• Project management skills to handle multiple bid activities efficiently.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP)
• ITIL Foundation
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or CompTIA Security+.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
