Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide mentorship to junior technical team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
- Partner with management to design and execute strategic projects involving higher education institutions, industry partners, and government, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert in both research and engineering, driving collaborations with academia and industry.
- Serve as a technical authority on NVIDIA technologies including Omniverse, NeMo, NIMs, RAPIDS, and deep learning toolkits.
- Support NVIDIA's global mission to accelerate AI proliferation by organizing and participating in workshops, symposiums, and knowledge-sharing events.
- Guide and mentor collaborators, interns, and students, equipping them with skills to successfully deliver AI projects.
- Create educational content such as tutorials, demonstrations, and workshop materials highlighting NVIDIA’s cutting-edge innovations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with NVIDIA technologies like Omniverse, NeMo, NIMs, RAPIDS, and expertise in AI model training on accelerated compute platforms.
- Strong background in AI research domains including Digital Twins, Synthetic Data Generation, Immersive Multimedia, and Generative AI.
- Doctorate or equivalent experience in Artificial Intelligence or closely related research fields.
- Proven ability to lead and provide guidance on research and engineering initiatives.
- Experience mentoring technical teams in research and engineering contexts.
- Demonstrable skill in fostering AI ecosystem growth and partnerships.
- Proficient in Python programming and experienced with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Expertise in synthetic data creation, digital twins, immersive multimedia, and advanced machine learning and deep learning methodologies.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
