Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships across the designated territory by delivering technical and commercial value in partnership with Account Executives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in big data analytics, influencing clients by advising on architecture, design, and implementation strategies that ensure successful adoption of the Databricks platform.
• Promote best practices regionally by developing reference architectures, instructional materials, and demo applications, while actively contributing to the Databricks community through workshops and events.
• Continuously enhance technical and industry knowledge to evolve into a specialist in your area.

Qualifications and Experience

• Engage clients effectively in technical sales, addressing their inquiries, steering clear decision-making, and articulating technical and business benefits clearly.
• Develop productive internal partnerships with account executives and other teams to optimize client solutions.
• Possess prior coding experience in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala, with readiness to acquire foundational knowledge in Apache Spark.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Big Data Analytics technologies with hands-on experience designing and executing complex proof-of-concept projects, using public cloud platforms.
• Skilled in identifying use cases, scoping projects, and delivering multifaceted solution architectures, effectively communicating varying technical details to diverse audiences.
