Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Solution Architect to lead the design and execution of innovative and scalable technology solutions for key corporate domains such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations. The architect will be embedded within the Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy team, partnering closely with business units to streamline processes, boost productivity, and align IT initiatives with Riyadh Air's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.
• Oversee solution evaluations, conduct risk assessments, and validate technical aspects during project execution.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture divisions including data, infrastructure, and security to ensure technological alignment with enterprise standards.
• Drive transformational initiatives by implementing best practices and guiding architecture strategies in a digital-first environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years experience establishing architecture roadmaps and operational frameworks spanning Technology, Application, and Data layers for complex, highly available systems in web, mobile, and ERP domains.
• At least 5 years dedicated experience as a Solutions Architect, specializing in ERP systems architecture and integrations within diverse IT landscapes.
• Certifications such as TOGAF and SAFe Architect are highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud architectures and cloud-native ERP application design, especially Oracle ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), is advantageous.
