Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic-minded professional passionate about optimizing complex operational systems and elevating airline performance. This key position involves leading both strategic planning and operational execution of pilot scheduling and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intricate scheduling frameworks ensuring flights have qualified, compliant, and sufficiently rested pilots in line with GACA regulations and international standards.
• Create optimized pilot pairings and compliant rosters while balancing operational efficiency with pilot welfare and fatigue risk management.
• Coordinate training schedules collaboratively with Flight Operations, Training, and OCC teams.
• Work closely with Network Planning and Scheduling to proactively analyze crew resources, anticipate risks, and implement mitigation plans for uninterrupted operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert contributing to long-term manpower forecasting, process improvements, and system upgrades within the planning department.
• Develop and oversee recurrent flight crew training programs, both short and long term, in partnership with the Training Department.
• Forecast future pilot staffing needs aligned with seasonal demand fluctuations, network expansion, and fleet growth, ensuring sufficient manpower coverage to maintain smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Degree holder with at least 4 years’ experience in crew planning, scheduling, or manpower resource management in a commercial airline setting.
• Proven expertise in constructing pilot pairings, creating crew rosters, and managing comprehensive training programs.
• Experience with NetLine Crew software and familiarity with crew management, operational, and training platforms is highly desirable.
