Role Overview

The Integrations Manager will engage with customers to gather requirements, design integration solutions, oversee implementation, and ensure data migration quality. This role involves drafting technical specifications, supervising development and testing efforts, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver top-tier results on schedule and within budgets. The position demands a strong grasp of system integration, multi-stakeholder coordination, and providing technical leadership throughout delivery phases. Multiple projects will be managed simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer meetings focused on integration and data migration, including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.
• Supervise technical teams to ensure their work aligns accurately with project requirements.
• Create proof-of-concept demonstrations for stakeholders when necessary.
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for integration and data migration solutions across cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Follow established frameworks and methodologies for development, testing, and data quality assurance.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure quality deliverables that meet timelines and budgets, enhancing client satisfaction.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Over 8 years of advancing experience in system integration, application integration, or software development, including leadership or management roles.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing complex integration solutions within cloud and on-premise environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing intricate multi-phase data migrations.
• Strong proficiency with APIs, web services, middleware, data integration, and integration architecture.
• Thorough understanding of the construction industry and delivering technical solutions for major capital projects.
• Experience in preparing technical specifications and overseeing integration and migration projects from conception to delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of integration development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ensuring data quality.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, database systems, and relevant data integration technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in mentoring and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Excellent client engagement, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous experience in consulting or client-centric environments is advantageous.
• Experience managing offshore teams effectively.
• Willingness to work during evenings to coordinate with U.S.-based teams.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging integration technologies is a plus.
• Exposure to integrating Project Management Information Systems like Unifier, Aconex, or Procore is beneficial.
