Solidworks Designer

Job Overview

GS Management Group is seeking an experienced AutoCAD/SolidWorks Designer to join their team in Ghaziabad. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of expertise in design and drafting within mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
• Create assemblies, detailed engineering drawings, and accompanying technical documentation including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and exploded views.
• Incorporate design modifications based on production needs and client feedback to ensure feasibility and quality.
• Collaborate effectively with production and engineering teams to facilitate smooth implementation of designs.
• Maintain accuracy in dimensions, apply correct tolerances, and strictly adhere to specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least three years of practical experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design and drafting purposes.
• Strong proficiency in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and detailing techniques.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication and general manufacturing, with familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) considered a plus.
• Experience with SolidWorks PDM (Product Data Management) is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Position is based in Ghaziabad, Delhi-NCR.
• Work schedule consists of six days per week.
• Monthly compensation ranging between INR 30,000 to 35,000.
