About the Role
Become part of a dynamic team within the Oilfield Services sector by joining Baker Hughes as a Solids Control Operator. This role involves supporting Fluids Environmental Services (FES) operations, including mobilizing, operating, and demobilizing equipment such as dryers, centrifuges, vacuums, screw conveyors, and pumps. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for assignments by performing maintenance and conducting pre- and post-job tool inspections.
- Diagnose issues with equipment, carry out maintenance tasks, and handle procurement of equipment and supplies.
- Strictly follow Baker Hughes' Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.
- Complete necessary documentation and daily reports for personal and crew activities.
- Participate in all safety meetings and execute tasks in compliance with company policies, legal standards, and core values.
- Undertake special projects as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience: at least 4 years in a related field with product line training.
- Proficient in computer use for communication, reporting, and other work-related functions.
- Possess mechanical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and colleagues.
- Availability for on-call duties around the clock and flexible to work extended periods at job sites.
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements and associated risks.
