Responsibilities

• Lead significant strategic initiatives aimed at automating the production environment of Tower.
• Innovate and replace conventional processes by creating applications that address practical challenges.
• Manage and uphold a broad spectrum of internal tools and systems.
• Develop and expand proprietary tools and contribute to an agile framework that quickly adapts to changing requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with and support other technical teams within the organization.
• Design software solutions for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing substantial datasets.
• Identify and implement technology-driven solutions for managing trading infrastructure complexities.
• Stay informed and updated on the latest technological advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a cognate discipline.
• Proven experience in designing and enhancing information systems.
• Strong proficiency with full web programming stacks; experience with Python and Golang is advantageous.
• Capability to develop scalable web services and familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as VueJS, ReactJS, or AngularJS, including experience in client-side JavaScript and HTML UI development, is beneficial.
• Experience with distributed systems is a plus.
• Solid Linux system knowledge and shell scripting skills.
• Effective English communication skills for business contexts.
