Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine control software tailored for the civil construction sector.
- Create intuitive and responsive graphical user interfaces using the Qt framework.
- Develop robust, cross-platform applications ensuring consistent performance across Windows, Linux, and Android environments.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, domain experts, and clients to deliver effective, user-centric solutions.
- Assess and recommend software architectures, design patterns, and development practices to drive product innovation.
- Support the establishment and upkeep of efficient development setups to optimize team productivity.
- Continuously enhance and refine existing top-tier machine control products.
Required Skills and Experience
- Advanced proficiency in C and C++ programming with practical, real-world experience.
- Strong command of Qt for user interface development.
- Familiarity with development environments such as Qt Creator and Visual Studio Code.
- Solid understanding of multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Android platforms.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in GUI development is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of cross-platform development methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with CMake build systems is a plus.
- Exposure to Docker or containerization technologies is beneficial.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced development settings.
- Excellent teamwork abilities, especially in small team environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
