Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain features throughout the entire application stack. Collaborating closely with product and design teams, you will translate requirements into robust, well-tested code and ensure system reliability as the product grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver production-ready code across the application stack.
- Collaborate with product and design teams on prioritization, technical decisions, and scheduling.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code; perform detailed code reviews for peers.
- Identify and resolve issues in production environments, including participating in on-call rotations when needed.
- Engage in architectural planning and development of long-term technical roadmaps.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and help improve internal engineering processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing scalable production software.
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with relational database systems and designing APIs using REST or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, testing strategies, and version control with Git.
- Experience working in Agile or similar team-based engineering methodologies.
