Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes-native software development and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Kubernetes-native applications using Golang, including building custom controllers, operators, and automation tools.
• Design and develop Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), implement reconciliation loops, and automate platform workflows.
• Develop and maintain software solutions that automate provisioning, scaling, upgrades, recovery, and operational processes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in roles such as Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
• Practical software development skills in Go (Golang) or strong proficiency in another programming language with the capability to work effectively in Go.
• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, Linux environments, and cloud-native technology stacks.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kubernetes development frameworks such as Kubebuilder, Operator SDK, controller-runtime, or client-go.
• Experience in building Kubernetes Operators, designing admission webhooks, or creating custom automation tools for platforms.
• Exposure to Kubernetes platforms like EKS, AKS, GKE, Rancher, Spectro Cloud, or similar ecosystems.
