Collaboration with product managers, designers, and platform engineers is essential to provide reliable, secure, user-friendly solutions that combine technical rigor with user needs.

- Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively within agile squads and broader teams.
- Keep current with evolving technologies and trends to enhance team capabilities.
- For senior engineers: provide technical leadership, influence engineering strategies, and mentor teammates.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
- Have commercial software development experience, ideally more than 3 years for intermediate, and greater depth for senior roles.
- Proficiency with C# programming language.
- Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar.

- Additional experience with C++ and/or mobile application development is a plus.
- Background in access control systems, including conventional card-based and emerging digital/mobile credential technologies, is advantageous.
