Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with a multifunctional team of developers and designers to build public sector services.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies such as planning, review, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development for solutions focused on distributing physical and virtual goods.
• Collaborate iteratively with teammates to design elegant technical solutions.
• Produce high-quality, secure, maintainable, and testable code.
• Function independently while making impactful contributions to the team.
• Design and maintain high-performance, secure APIs accessible via mobile apps, web portals, and partner platforms.
• Create user experiences tailored for citizens, partners, and internal team members.
• Manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines to deliver incremental value.
• Monitor system health and provide Level 2 and Level 3 support when service interruptions occur.

• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Commitment to comprehensive testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Proficient in JavaScript and backend languages, particularly TypeScript and Go, which are utilized throughout the product ecosystem.
• Competency in communicating and working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; capable of leading workstreams when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with container technologies or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is advantageous.
