Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating AI-driven products from end to end. This includes working on APIs, data models, agent workflows, evaluations, and user interfaces. You will be expected to own the product experience rather than individual tickets, collaborate closely with users, and take full accountability for your decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI coding agents, critically reviewing and owning the code you integrate.
• Create and maintain tool calling, planning, and evaluation frameworks to ensure agent reliability.
• Integrate external systems such as CRMs, portals, telephony, payment gateways, and document repositories.
• Produce observable, maintainable code with comprehensive logging, tracing, feature flags, tests, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with domain experts to convert user stories into tangible deliverables that generate measurable outcomes.
