Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with organizational aims, ensuring scalable and sustainable architecture and team structures.
• Lead, coach, and grow multiple engineering teams and leaders worldwide by setting goals and facilitating professional development.
• Guarantee timely and quality delivery of product and platform projects while refining workflows, methodologies, and decision-making processes.
• Steer system architecture evolution focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability, encouraging adoption of modern technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and executives to align priorities, define technical requirements, and maintain a unified roadmap.
• Identify risks throughout development, promoting best practices in observability, security, testing, and release management.
• Champion a culture of high performance, emphasizing transparency, continuous improvement, quality, and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Over a decade of experience in software development, including at least five years in engineering leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-growth contexts.
• Expertise in modern system architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and microservices design.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering performance metrics.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple regions and scaling organizations effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Decisive and adept at problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Background in gaming, fintech, or platform-as-a-service sectors.
• Knowledge of payments systems, user-facing APIs, or developer tools.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
