About the Role
We are looking for a Front-End Developer who will be instrumental in creating responsive web applications and mobile interfaces across platforms. This role demands collaboration within a cross-functional team to transform UI/UX wireframes into clean, high-quality code. The candidate will work closely with backend developers and product teams to implement features, conduct unit tests, and maintain optimal performance on both browsers and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Create reusable code and libraries to be leveraged across web and mobile projects.
- Develop user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Enhance application performance focusing on speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Work alongside UI/UX designers to integrate design with technical executions effectively.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing web and mobile interfaces.
- Ensure compatibility across different browsers and seamless operation on mobile devices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end web and/or mobile development.
- Strong command of foundational front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS for web, and React Native or AngularJS for mobile/web development.
- Understanding of responsive web and mobile app design principles, along with basics of mobile app deployment.
- Experience using version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication abilities and adaptability suitable for a dynamic startup environment.
- Keen attention to detail for delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban is advantageous.
Educational Background
- Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Computer Science or related fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Degrees such as BCA or MCA are also acceptable.
- Motivated fresh graduates with a strong portfolio featuring projects or internships in React or ReactJS are encouraged to apply.
